3 Tips For More Productivity This Week

Have you ever sat down with your To Do list and ever wondered how the hell you will get it all done? If so no worries I have your back. Here are 3 of my top tips for more productivity. These tips will help save you massive amounts of time so you can sip martinis on the beach. Trust me that’s what I am doing as I write this post.
Ready, set, here we go!

1: “Eat your frog” each morning.

This phrase is stolen from the title of Brian Tracy’s book “Eat that Frog”! Many successful people follow this strategy because it WORKS!
The strategy suggests you tackle your most challenging task first thing in the morning when your “bank account” of will power and energy is at its highest. This will absolutely lower your stress the rest of your day and automatically make you feel like you’ve accomplished something to build on! Talk about momentum 🙂

2: Use the The Pomodoro App

This has truly transformed the way of focusing on tasks. If your someone who can’t work longer than 5 minutes without switching to another tab, or scrolling through your social media than I highly suggest it. BeFocused app will truly up-level your game. How it works: It forces you to focus for 25 minutes on one task, followed by a 5-minute break. This helps you be more intentionally about the task at hand.
This app schedules all of those working sessions and break sessions for you which can help add more accountability to your routine. You will be amazed at how tasks that used to take you hours because of distractions will be accomplished within 25 min time. Allowing for the next 25 minutes to be focused on another project! It’s a dream people!

3: Do MORE of what works!

Think about a time when you crushed your week or goals? What were you doing? How was your morning routine? What was your productivity like? Focus? And so on. Think about the times when things were working amazing and implement MORE of those things. I do this every single week. Access what’s working in my life and business and what’s not. I ditch the things that are no longer serving me and serve up MORE of what is.

Heck yeah! There you have it my top 3 tips to have a smashing week of productivity.
